MSKV eliminates this confusion with regular communication, and the most DETAILED multi-paged contract in the industry. Our contracts layout every aspect of what is included, and what is not. We also label every single light and electrical outlet going into your home. It takes a little longer in the beginning process, but saves a lot of headaches throughout the build, and gives the homeowner piece of mind through this exciting process of build their dream home.

  One of the most important aspects of our difference is education. With Certification and University Degrees throughout our management team, we are constantly staying on top of all aspects of a home build. From smart technology, and altrernate heating systems, to innovative septic and field bed designs, MSKV is constantly on top of each phase of a home build and all the different options available. Educating the home-owner throughout the process is one of our prime objectives as home builders.
